Serves 2
2 (4-6oz.) Tilapia Filets skinless
1 tablespoon Cajun seasonings
1 lime thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
Dill Tartar Sauce
1/4-cup mayonnaise
1/2-cup sour cream
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch-baking dish.
Season the tilapia filets with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning on both sides. Place seasoned filets on baking dish you coated with cooking oil spray. Place a layer of lime slices over the fish filets. About 3 or 4 slices over each piece so that it covers most filet.
Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. While the fish is baking, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and dill in a small bowl. Serve with tilapia.
Serve with lemon wedge and tarter sauce.
